Terms of Use

Last updated: July 14, 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of JustMediation, the AI Agent Platform for mediators (the “Service”), operated by JustMediation, part of the BuzzMinds AI ecosystem (“JustMediation”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

JustMediation provides AI-assisted tools for mediation professionals, including case briefs, cost-of-litigation modeling, risk and legal analysis, BATNA and deal building, and settlement-document drafting, generated from case materials you provide. The Service is a professional tool intended to support — not replace — your independent judgment.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be of legal age and authorized to accept these Terms. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Authentication is provided through our identity provider, and you agree to provide accurate registration information.

3. Your content & professional responsibilities

You may upload case files, documents, and other materials (“Your Content”) to the Service. As between you and us, you retain all rights to Your Content. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, authority, and consents to upload Your Content and to have it processed by the Service, and that doing so complies with your professional, ethical, and confidentiality obligations (including any duties owed to clients or parties to a mediation). You are responsible for determining whether uploading particular materials is appropriate.

4. AI output is not legal advice

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses, drafts, and estimates. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suited to your specific situation. Output does not constitute legal advice, and using the Service does not create an attorney–client, mediator–party, or fiduciary relationship with us. You must independently review and verify all output before relying on or acting upon it, and you remain solely responsible for your professional work product and decisions.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or infringing purpose;
  • upload content you are not authorized to share;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
  • use the Service to build a competing product or to train competing models; or
  • misrepresent AI output as independently verified professional advice.

6. Credits, plans & payment

Certain features consume credits or require a paid plan. Applicable pricing, credit balances, and usage terms are presented within the Service. Fees are payable in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. We may change pricing or plans prospectively.

7. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, models, interfaces, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer any ownership in the Service to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, for authentication, hosting, storage, AI processing, and email). Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms where applicable. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

9. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI output.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustMediation and its affiliates and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or reliance on its output.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JustMediation from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the JustMediation operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
