Beatrice T. O’Brien is the Founder, Chair, and CEO of JustMediationHub AI, where she is pioneering the future of dispute resolution through the integration of artificial intelligence, human expertise, and advanced security technologies. With over 20 years of elite legal experience, Beatrice has built a distinguished career across leading Wall Street firms, including Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft, as well as top-tier international practices in the United Kingdom and Australia.

Throughout her career, she has advised high-profile clients—including Warren Buffett—and played a key role in some of the most complex and high-value restructuring matters in U.S., U.K., and Australian corporate history. Her work spans cross-border insolvency, financial restructuring, and sophisticated dispute resolution strategies.

Beatrice is a graduate of Bond University, Australia’s only private law school, and an alumna of Harvard Law School Executive Programs and Cornell University. She is also fluent in Hindi, reflecting her global perspective and ability to operate across diverse markets.

Drawing on her deep experience in mediation and arbitration, Beatrice founded JustMediationHub AI to transform how disputes are resolved. Under her leadership, the company has developed a patented framework that combines artificial intelligence with human insight—what she terms “Hubman Intelligence”—alongside cryptography and blockchain security.
